A beautiful 1916 pictorial panoramic map depicting the lower portion of the Niagara Gorge and Niagara Falls between Buffalo and Lewiston, New York. The Bird's Eye View is situated above the Canadian Falls looking across the Niagara River into New York to maximize the views and attractions serviced by the route of the Niagara Gorge Railroad. Included on the map are natural wonders such as the famous Whirlpool, Devil's Hole, Goat Island, and Table Rock.

Other attractions include the Brock Monument commemorating the Battle of Queenston Heights during the War of 1812, the Hydro-Electric Plant, both cities of Niagara Falls, and the Queenston Suspension Bridge.

The Belt Line ran from 1895 until 1935, when portions of track were destroyed by a landslide.

This colorful piece of Niagara history measures 31 1/2" X 8.25" and is perfect for framing and display!
