160pp + [XL]. Stiff cardboard typographical binding. This informative volume lists all of the residents of Philadelphia along with their addresses. In addition, the 40-page supplement in the rear gives brief descriptions of important places and special interests, such as hospitals, civic groups, courts, etc...
Boards rubbed and worn with the leather spine repaired with ancient tape. Interior sporadically foxed. The first page of ads has an clipped out.
