A beautiful folio-sized naturist portfolio with folding flaps. Twenty plates, 12 in black and white and eight in duotone, each with protective tissue.

This is the 1st Edition after a Limited Deluxe edition with a 21st plate. Preface hymn by de Saint Pol Roux titled "Hosanna", followed by the 20 plates, reproduced in heliogravure. Title page lists each plate.

Plates are in Fine condition. Portfolio wraps with moderate edge wear, including a few small chips as well as closed tears. Lightly soiled with mild rubbing.

Overall an excellent and desirable example of Arlaud's elegant photographs.
