A lovely copy of this scarce biography of the "literary godmother" to the Lost Generation of Paris ex-pat Authors, such as Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Stein, and others.

Crosby was also the founder of the Black Sun Press, instrumental in publishing some of the early works of authors such as James Joyce, Anaïs Nin, Hemingway, Archibald MacLeish, Henry Miller, Charles Bukowski; and she was also recipient of the patent for the first successful modern bra.
