A very nice early printing of this compelling account of a young Jewish girl's years in hiding from the Nazi regime of Germany during WW II.
In her diary, Anne documents the day to day life of her and her family, hiding from 1942-1944 in an attic in Amsterdam during the German occupation of the country. The family was discovered in 1944 and sent to Nazi concentration camps. Anne died at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in early 1945.
