A BEAUTIFUL 1832 manuscript, hand-colored property survey near Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, reflecting the property owned by Isaac Connells, called Little Grove. along the road from Chestertown to Worton Point, northwest of Chestertown on Chesapeake Bay.

This historic document features and hand-colored outline of the land below detailed documentation of the measurements, in a scale of 50 feet to the inch.

The survey is signed at the bottom by one Thomas Gale (illegible last name), presumably the surveyor, and dated November, 1832.
