A quite scarce complete seven-volume set of Churchill's War Speeches, including Blood, Sweat and Tears, and the scarcest of the seven, 'The Dawn of Liberation, which had a comparatively very small 1st Printing.
SIx of the seven are 1st U.S. Editions while 'Secret Session Speeches' is a 1st Canadian Edition.
All seven are in Very Good or better condition, with mild wear. All seven original dust jackets included, with mild edge wear, including a few short closed tears, minor chips and creases. The red title block on the spine of 'The End of the Beginning' is somewhat sunned.
All seven have clean interiors, save for a few small contemporary bookseller stickers to pastedowns and 'Victory' has a previous owner bookplate to the front pastedown. A few of the volumes have very light foxing to the text block edges.
Overall a very handsome and desirable set, and rare offered complete.
