A scarce and desirable Limited edition from the Derrydale Press on the selection and training of horses.
This edition was limited to just 1250 copies, this being number 834.
Quarter smooth black elastic over green cloth. Titling and large illustration to front board in gilt. xxii, [ii], 329 pp. Square tight binding. Clean interior. Historic black and white photographs and illustration. Titling on spine faded with a small scuff. As is usual with this edition, the edge of the elastic has caused a reaction with the green cloth and gilt along their intersection, still Near Fine.
Dust jacket with mild edge wear, some age toning and related offsetting along the spine from the binding spine material. Presents handsomely in archival mylar. Siegel 127.
Overall a handsome and quite scarce equestrian Derrydale in collectible condition, in the rare dust jacket.
