A very nice early and uncommon reprint of this Hemingway WW I semi-autobiographical masterpiece.
Undated outside of original 1929 copyright. Rear flap has an advertisement for Erskine Caldwell's "God's Little Acre", a 1933 publication.
Black cloth. Square, tight binding. 355 pages. Clean interior, save for small previous owner stamp to front end paper. Binding in beautiful condition, with little wear outside of offsetting to endpapers. Dust jacket with mild to moderate edge wear, including a shallow chip along the upper edge of the rear panel. Inner front flap separated with conservation tape repair to rear. Presents handsomely in archival mylar.
