This historic piece features a complete printing of his speech with Tyler's signature in block type at the end. Attached to the speech, while is most of the document, are attachments outlining Treaties, charts, and graphs related to U.S. Government actions.
The major sub-documents are Tyler's address to the U.S. Senate, also with his signature in block type, as well as a complete printing of the treaty with Great Britain "for the final suppression of the African slave trade..."
