A fantastic c.1940s cookbook chock full of recipes travelers would have enjoyed while riding the B&O's passenger lines during the mid 20th century.
"The "What's Cooking on the B&O?" booklet was a publication by the Baltimore and Ohio (B&O) Railroad in the 1940s and 1950s that contained recipes and safety tips for wives of B&O employees. The booklet showcased recipes for popular dishes served on the railroad's dining cars, such as Crab Imperial and Maryland Spoon Bread.
