A rare Reconstruction-Era map of this historic Maryland County, with hand-coloring bright and vibrant.

This folding map depicts a Baltimore County just as it emerged from the Civil War, featuring natural landmarks, various towns, large and small such as Towsontown, Reisterstown, Pikesville, Parkton, Monkton, and more. Also depicted is the line of the long-defunct Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad, as well as the Annapolis and Elk Ridge Railroad. Paper lightly tanned. Short closed tear along left edge of centerfold.
